I haven't received my reading within 7 days, what should I do?

Please be advised that readings are sent to the email you left when you booked in, and can sometimes end up in your 'Junk' or 'Other' folder. If you need us to resend your reading to you, please email us your order number, or the name on your booking to resendmyreading@outlook.com and we will reply as soon as we can :)

I would like a LIVE Reading, how does it work?

We go LIVE every day at least three times on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, all you need to do is comment and interact as much as you can until you are seen. If we are drawn to you will try to read for you. Please be aware there can be upwards of 15,000+ comments so we don't see everyone, which is why it's important to try and stand out! :)
